The short version
Draft Randomizer is free and built to be private. We collect the minimum needed to run the game, log you in, and store the video you choose to share. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you sign in with a magic link, buy Pro, or ask us to email your replay link.
- League info you type — player names, and optional player photos (a Pro feature).
- Draft replay videos — the recording you choose to save/share.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data — a single sign-in cookie, and standard server logs (IP address, browser) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To run the tool, sign you in, create and store your shareable replay, process a Pro purchase, email you your links/receipts, and keep the service working and secure. That's it.
Names, photos & your shared video
Any names or photos you add appear in the draft video you create. If you save/share it, that video is stored on our servers and anyone with the link can watch it. Free videos are automatically deleted after 30 days; Pro videos after 2 years. You can email us anytime to delete yours sooner.
Service providers
We use a few trusted services purely to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Fly.io (hosting). They only process what's needed to provide their service.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices & rights
You can use the core game with no account at all. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing
info@albertsondesigns.com.
Children
Draft Randomizer is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
